Arceus is the best seller in the UK and the fourth best release in the saga

Shipping for Nintendo Switch has the best launch ever to include only the Pokemon games.

Pokemon Legend: Arceus landed last Friday, January 28 on Nintendo Switch to be one of the first big releases 2022, which has had a pretty strong start at the news level. The title came to revolutionize the saga with a playable proposal that was very different from what we knew until now, as we saw in its final trailer before its premiere.

After the first days on sale, at La Gran N they got lucky. It seems the Game Freak game is doing really well, because best selling game of the week at the top of the UK sales which we inform regularly GameIndustry. Arceus took first place on the list followed by Mario Kart 8: Deluxe, one of Nintendo’s flame retardants, and FIFA 22, the Electronic Arts sports title that usually tops this category. Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection ranks fifth, although it must be emphasized that only physical sales are top, not digital.

As for Pokemon Legends, it has hit several milestones in the UK territory which has established it as one of the best games in the franchise in terms of commercial performance in its early days. Arceus is fourth best saga launch in the UK and accounted for half of box game sales last week. Likewise, this is the best Pokémon premiere ever when we talk about occasions where only one edition of the game is included and not two, as is usually the case. Here are the top ten positions on the list.
