like every week GFK Entertainment reveal who they are best selling video game of the week above in the UK, covering October 24-30. As it happens throughout the month, FIFA 22 is in first place, making it the best-selling game in the UK for October 2021. FIFA 22 took the top spot once again, so Electronic Arts must be pleased with the results. Both we have Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxty, a launch by Eidos Montreal and Square Enix that boasts an excellent single-player campaign, drawing elements from the MCU comics and films from Guardians of the Galaxy.

In third place we have another premiere with Mario Party Superstar for the Nintendo Switch, a new installment that finally delivers what fans have been asking for: A remake of the best board and minigames of the Nintendo 64 games. The four we have Deep Cry 6, another premiere for October from Ubisoft that was doing very well.
In fifth place we have Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch, the game that didn’t leave the top 5 more than three years after launch, followed by Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Not without reason, these two games became best sellers on Nintendo Switch, because they are always present in the list of best-selling games. In seventh place we have another modern classic with Minecraft, published by Nintendo in this region.

In eighth place we have the premiere Rider’s Republic, an open world game developed by Ubisoft Annecy that seeks to revolutionize the extreme sports genre. GTA V returned to ninth place and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury closed the Top 10 with another Nintendo game.
