Mercedes Benz Retail customers will be able to know the diagnosis of their vehicle “with one click” via the smart video of the Mercedes-Benz Starview digital platform, with CitNOW technology. The service advisor explains in a short video the inspection of the vehicle and the work required for its repair, and adds a customer-approved estimate from his smartphone

Mercedes Benz Grupo Retail, a company that integrates a total of 3 dealers in Madrid, adopts the CitNOW platform, under the name Mercedes-Benz Starview, an innovative after-sales service and customer service that allows for vehicle diagnosis in video format.

CitNOW technology is a revolutionary online video service where car owners can check the status of their vehicle from any device, and approve any required operation or repair with a single click.
