EL NUEVO DIARIO, SANTO DOMINGO.-Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCYT), awarded international scholarships to a total of 380 students selected during the call for international scholarships 2023, who will study postgraduate programs at twenty-six Higher institutions, located in Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Mexico, Germany and Brazil.

Beneficiaries will study more than 8 master’s degree programs in Neuroimaging, Computational Statistics and Data Science, Logistics and Supply Chain, Digital Design, Quality Food Innovation and Development, Biomedical Sciences, International Business and Entrepreneurship, Renewable Energy and Energy Markets.

Delivering his speech, Minister Franklin García Fermín highlighted the need to motivate students from the most disadvantaged areas of the country to participate in the Call for National and International Scholarships, with the primary aim of making a positive impact on their communities.
