US, European Union and great Britain has reacted quickly and unanimously against Russia soon after Putin on Monday recognized the pro-Russian Ukrainian republics of Donetsk and Luganks and sent troops to them. That penalty -punishments imposed by some countries on other countries for violating international law- through measures to damage the economy of the sanctioned country and individual finances related to power. European Union Sanctions
