Spanish Futsal crossed the border: it allied with the English league to create the English LNFS

National Futsal League (Lnfs) makes leap to England. The Spanish entity has signed an agreement with the English National Futsal League (NFL) to create the English Lnfs, under which the Premier League will integrate the Lnfs brand and will benefit from the Spanish League’s working methodology and brand positioning.

The NFL, born in 2008 and affiliated with the English Football Federation (FA), will be the 2021-2022 season in the English Lnfsadopting experience and knowledge of Spanish competition in all its structures, from marketing to communication through competitions.

LNFs will collaborate on the development of English competitions, as well as support the management of futsal clubs and provide advice to their professionals, without forgetting aspects such as coach and player training.

Through this agreement, whereby Lnfs England also renews its corporate image and identity, The Premier League seeks to follow in the footsteps of the LNFs model in Spainconsidered the best league in the world.

This alliance will enable the Premier League to promote the development of futsal in England, while promoting grassroots futsal through the methodology of working in lower club categories and the creation of a professional structure.

The President of LNFs, Javier Lozano, highlighted that “British LNFs is an exciting challenge and a new step in our project to drive the growth of Futsal and ‘League’ models around the world”. “Our aim is to help the Premier League develop Futsal by making our contribution knowledge and experiences that make us a world benchmark”, he explained.
