The translator signed a contract for four seasons and he did not renew any more episodes. It’s unknown whether Amazon offered to renew the contract or not, or whether Krasinski decided to leave the character and focus on other projects. One of which is A Quiet Place Part 3 (quiet place 3), a saga that he directed and worked on with his partner, Emily Blunt.

In addition, the actor is working on another production made by him, entitled If a, a film which will star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Fiona Shaw, Louis Gossett Jr. and Steve Carell. Originally set to be released in November 2023, but was delayed to May 24, 2024.

As well as being the main character, he’s also an executive producer and in recent seasons he’s also done, a little bit, showrunner and screenwriter.
