WARNING FOR FURTHER STRONG IMAGES.
Eight-year-old Bradley and his one-year-old friend were playing in the park in their hometown of Hengoed in Wales on Sunday when the horrific attack happened.
According to the boy’s father, Rhydian Guzvic, three teenagers allegedly threw objects at the boy for no reason. When they grabbed the object, believed to be some kind of firework, it exploded right in front of their faces.
based on Daily mirror Bradley was knocked unconscious by the blast and also suffered several facial injuries. He was taken to a children’s hospital in the nation’s capital, Cardiff, while his friend was flown by helicopter to Bristol in England, due to a serious hand injury.
– I got a call from his mother and she told me what happened. He gets shocked and says he got hurt and met with an accident. I rushed there to see what was happening and at that time there were already two ambulances, several police cars and an ambulance helicopter at the scene.said his father Rhydian, according to the Daily Mirror and continued:
– I was so shocked and couldn’t speak – I just thought the worst.

The father wants the law to be changed
At the hospital, splinters were found in his wound, but also in his eye. He was lucky to keep his eyesight.
The doctors had stitched as many stitches as possible on his face and he had been given antibiotics for the infection he was suffering from.
Luckily, he was well enough to be sent home immediately. Then recovery time awaits at home.
The case continued after the post.
– It hasn’t sunk in yet – he knows he’s hurt but hasn’t had time to process what happenedsaid Rhydian’s father.
The father now wants a change in the law regarding the purchase of fireworks. Currently anyone over the age of 18 can buy fireworks in the UK. Rhydian believes a license should be required.
– In this country you cannot buy weapons without a license and you cannot buy hand grenades. In principle fireworks can be used as hand grenades, which is what happened here. This cannot be allowedhe says.
Poor Bradley – what a terrible thing to experience. Especially if you are only 8 years old. His whole life could be ruined.
Just relax now and get on with it. Good luck in the future.
