Hosted by Virtual Educa, Office of the Mayor of Medellín and CES University, the XXIII Virtual Educa International Meeting It was held from 19 to 21 October at the Plaza Mayor convention center and at the headquarters of CES El Poblado University.

Teachers from cities and regions join forces with international experts, representatives of institutions, governments, technology companies, and civil society to turn Medellín into the world capital of educational innovation and human development for the Fourth Industrial Revolution .
