Microsoft Reveals Bethesda’s Next Three Games Will Be Xbox and PC Exclusives

Unfortunately, Microsoft did not reveal what the games would be like, but according to rumors this could be Starfield, Redfall and Elder Scrolls IV. However, some believe that it could also be Indiana Jones’ game.

“Xbox anticipates that three upcoming titles, all designed primarily for solo play or small parties, will be exclusive to Xbox and PC,” Microsoft said in the document.

In October 2020, Microsoft’s acquisition of Bethesda is announced. Since then, the studio has been working on several projects. Some of them are continuations of familiar franchises and others are completely new IPs. Besides that, the exclusivity of developer titles for Xbox and PC is nothing new.

Information about the exclusivity of three Bethesda games for Xbox and PC consoles was revealed by Microsoft in a A 37-page document was sent to the FTC. In it, several reasons are indicated for completing the purchase of Activision Blizzard, something similar to what it has done with the UK’s CMA.

Microsoft also took the opportunity to confirm, once again, that Call of Duty won’t be exclusive to Xbox. This further strengthens its commitment to expanding the availability of Activision Blizzard games. And as an example, they cite the agreement made with Nintendo.
