LONDON.-The upcoming coronation of King Charles III of England and his wife, Camilla, will take place at Westminster Abbey in London on May 6, 2023.

Although Charles was formally proclaimed king three days after Queen Elizabeth’s death in September 2022, the coronation ceremony marked the official transfer of his title and powers.
