47 passengers evacuated after a passenger ship ran aground in the Oslofjord – the crew remained

54 people are being evacuated from the ship that ran aground at Kjeholmen in the Oslofjord, operations manager Eirik Sannes told TV 2.
TV 2 journalists who were at the location informed that all 47 passengers on board had been evacuated. The crew stayed behind.
– We are helping HRS out there with police boats, among other things, he said.
First, the operations manager stated there were 35 passengers on board. This was later adjusted to 50. Additionally, charter boats had a crew of four.

On-duty rescue manager Cecilie Øversveen at Central Rescue Center South confirmed to TV 2 that they had launched a rescue operation.
– We have received a report that the charter boat has run aground. Need help to evacuate passengers and we help him, said Øversveen.
The rescue manager described conditions at sea as fine. There are currently no reports of injuries.
– At the moment we have reasonable control and there is no indication of panic, said Øversveen.
Apart from HRS, police boats, rescue boats and fire boats are also stationed at the site.
– What kind of ship are we talking about?
– This is a type of charter boat used for events and the like, said the operations manager of Sannes.
