Torrential rain accompanied by an electrical storm hit parts of Caracas in the afternoon of this Wednesday, 16 August, causing heavy vehicle retention in parts.
Users report that the Gran Cacique Guaicaipuro highway is slow, from Los Ruices to the Botanical Garden, westward, with greater delays at Distributor, due to motorized vehicles blocking the rain sheltered road.
Similarly, they reported that in La Vega parish, the Lasaret sand trap overflowed.
