‘The Top 100 Women Leaders’ category: Startups and SMEs

Branches such as construction, technology or marketing have throughout history been associated with and reserved for the male gender. These women have split because of the gender gap and they have managed to overcome all odds to demonstrate that there is no gender difference in talent.

The ‘Top 100 Women Leaders’ has the main goal to showcase female talents that can build society based on equalitymade all the positions of power that women achieved famous.

More and more women are deciding to run and launch new projects, a fact that a few years ago was considered unthinkable by the female gender, but little by little changes in society are starting to show. That change all women who are included in the stars of this rating.

The fact is that you too can be part of the women’s leadership ranking references at the hands of MagasiN and Mercedes Wullich.

This category includes a wide range of professionals and founders who have developed successful business projects and lead them to the top with persistence, talent and innovation. Who promotes good management across entities and who, because of her great leadership, is part of the ‘Top 100 Women Leaders’.

• Elena Ibanez


CEO of Singularity Experts, the most awarded career guidance startup with the goal of guiding people who don’t know what to study or do, to find their ideal future job. Elena is the first woman in strategic consulting who doesn’t come from a business or technology background. From Sx, she wants women to be part of the change, helping initiatives that promote STEAM in girls.

• Uliana Torkunova

Co-founder and CEO of 3 mobility and technology companies: LetMePark, LetMeCharge and LetMeVoice. Uliana has won several awards such as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 by Madrid City Council, Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by ASEME and Founder of the Year in Spain by the Global Startup Award, and is included in the Leading Women Innovative Entrepreneurship guide in Spain.

• Ana Santiago

CEO of Sisteplant and benchmark in the world of Engineering in Spain. In 2019 he was recognized with National Engineering Award for the most innovative company. • Pepita Marine

CEO and founder We are Knitters, a company that sells wool supplies and knitting needles. A sustainable project characterized by owning 100% wool natural needles and wood from reforested forests. From offices in Madrid, it sells 95% of its products outside Spain: its main clients are the United States, Germany, France, England and Italy.
