Paula Santilli, once again entered the 100 most influential business women

The Argentinian, CEO of PepsiCo Latam and who previously appeared in this ranking and Forbes, is ranked 98. First for the third time is Karen S. Lynch, president and CEO of CVS Health. Other Ibero-American women in attendance were Ana Botín (Santander, Spain) in 19th place, Marta Ortega (Inditex, Spain) in 32nd place, Tarciana Paula Gomes Medeiros (Banco do Brasil) in 59th place and Rita Serrano (Caixa Econômica Federal, Brazil) at 63.


Among the 100 most influential women in the business world according to Fortune magazine there are 53 debutantes; twenty from the financial and technology industries (the two most represented), eighteen from retail and seven from health and energy; 67 CEOs; 75 from the United States, nine from the United Kingdom, seven from China, six from France, four from Australia, two from Brazil, India, Spain and Germany and from Argentina (Santilli, based in Mexico).

The magazine cover features a face chief technology officer of OpenAI, Mira Murati, debutant and cover headline announces that “she is building ChatGPT and shaping our future.”

Among the reasons the magazine gave for selecting PepsiCo’s regional CEO were:
• This makes PepsiCo in Latin America the fastest growing sector for the company globally: in 2022, the company’s revenue will increase by 21%.
• That in March 2022, his business reputation led to his appointment to the board of directors of The Home Depot.
• That currently 56% of its executive team is led by women.
