We had a busy week with the Apple Event where we were able to see new MacBook Pro and iMac updates with the M3 chip. Actually, I have now been served and I don’t need to make any purchases, but maybe many of you are thinking about buying some of the products that the company has in its sales catalogue. Well, you should know that if you are unsure about your purchase, Apple has just expanded it Return policy on that occasion Christmas campaign in 2023.
The company has extended its returns policy for all purchases made from now until December 25, which can usually be returned until January 8, 2024 (January 20 in Spain)
As I said, now your Apple purchases can be returned after 14 days. Something the company always gives to its clients during the Christmas season. And hey, it doesn’t hurt to finalize the decision whether you should keep, for example, the iPhone Pro Max or ultimately your device will just be a Pro.
This way, all purchases of most products and services from November 3 to December 25 will fall under Apple’s extended return policy for the Christmas campaign. And this will apply especially as I said to iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Accessories and others.
Italy, Spain, Turkey, Mexico and Japan, purchases until January 6, 2024 can be returned until January 20, 2024
Country and date of return
