A judge has sentenced a 46-year-old man 19 years and four months in prison for getting his 15 year old daughter drunk sexually assaulted him. Events have occurred in Medellin, Colombia.
The incident occurred on the night of September 8 2018 at a house in the Buenos Aires neighborhood, in the departmental capital Antioquia. This was revealed by the Attorney General’s Office. Only on April 13, 2023 did the sentence come out.
Upon learning of the case, authorities referred the minor to the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences. Once there and after being evaluated, the medical staff determined that the victim had a sexually transmitted disease during abuse.
Investigators established that, at the time of the incident, the teenager was in the custody of the rapist. The men’s defense “appealed the decision of first instance before the Criminal Chamber of the High Court of Medellín,” according to the Prosecutor’s Office.
Accused of raping his stepdaughter and infecting him with several STDs
A 36-year-old man sexually abused his partner’s daughter and infected her with various sexually transmitted diseases. The incident occurred between the last month of 2018 and November 2019, when the defendant took advantage of the mother leaving the house to sexually abuse a minor.
The minor said his stepfather forced him to touch him, but he didn’t want to and I demanded that he stop.
