ADP (Automatic Data Processing), a global leader in the use of technology for human resources management, has announced the appointment of Chantal Poulastrou as the new Director of Operations for ADP Iberia. From the company’s headquarters in Barcelona, ​​​​Chantal will be responsible for the company’s Service and Implementation operations in Spain and Portugal, and will report directly to Marcela Uribe, ADP Director General for Southern Europe.

Chantal’s journey at ADP began in 2012, when she joined the business unit responsible for the global Payroll solution “Streamline”. Over the years, Chantal has taken on various roles and increasing responsibilities within the organization. In 2015 he served as Head of Implementation Services and three years later, in 2018, he was promoted to Director of Integration Implementation.

In this position, he successfully led the organization’s transformation to adapt to the company’s acquisition of Celergo and a new global Integration solution for Human Resources Management. Since 2021, he has served as Senior Director for the implementation of Celergo solutions in the EMEA region, and continues to play a key role as ADP Coordinator in Spain within Diversity, Equity and Inclusion groups and initiatives.

Chantal Poulastrou has a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and complemented her training with a Master’s degree in Business Organization in the UK, as well as a Management Development Program (PDD) at IESE Barcelona.
