“Both Mexico and Brazil are still growing in terms of demand and this is something that could increase their use in warehouses. Another case is to look at the costs of using these robots and how they compete with the current technology that is already used in these facilities,” explains Rafael Caldas, Country Leader of Amazon Logistics Brazil.

Caldas ensures that the company will continue to do everything it can to ensure that the delivery process is constantly improving, and if it ever needs to start using robots for that, they will definitely take that step.
