UBA managed to rank above all Argentine universities, placing itself in first place and being the best in the country. Themes from UP, UCA, UNLP and ITBA were also highlighted.

On a general global level and not on a “training area” basis, position one belongs to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) United States, followed by University of Cambridge in England and standford university in third place.

In a thematic assessment, UBA was in the top 50 in two subject areas: Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences and Management, and certain fivewhile in 11 categories it is in the top 100 and in 29 in the global top 200.

The discipline-based QS ranking assesses the performance of 13,883 individual university programs, taken by students at 1,440 universities in 85 countries
