BREAKING NEWS | UK joins US in sanctioning Moscow Stock Exchange
The UK has followed in the footsteps of the US and expanded its sanctions list against Russian individuals and entities, adding more than 40 new elements. The sanctioned entities include the Moscow Stock Exchange, Russia’s largest stock exchange, and companies NSD and NCC. In addition, companies from China, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Israel, the Central African Republic and the United Arab Emirates have been added. With these steps, the UK seeks to increase economic pressure on Russia.
