CHARLOTTE, NC, November 16, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Celgard, LLC (Celgard), a subsidiary of Polypore International, LP, (Polypore) settled its lawsuit against Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co. Ltd. (Senior China) and several US defendants in US District Court. State for the Northern District California and against China Senior in the United Kingdom (UK), and China Senior’s litigation against Celgard. The terms of the agreement are confidential.

In filing public litigation with the District Court California and English:

Celgard voluntarily dismissed all claims against the primary defendants filed in the Sixth Amendment Complaint in District Court California. Additionally, the principal defendants voluntarily dismissed all counterclaims against Celgard and Polypore.

Celgard also rejected UK litigation against Chinese Senior.

Previously, Celgard announced the success of the Targray case (View statement), MTI (View statement) and Farasis (View statement). Celgard will continue to protect its intellectual property (IP) with respect to its coated and uncoated separators for lithium-ion batteries and its patented technology and protect its assets and customers.
