A beer experience full of contrasts, where smoothness and bitterness come together to create a bitter with its own style. Therefore, the brand reinterprets classic British recipes combined with its innovations nitro can formatproduces a light beer with a low alcohol content, but without losing the strong taste or the most delicious foam: The Bitter One.

“We wanted to create a beer that was surprising, smooth yet powerful. To do this, we have adapted the bitter style and given it our own twist, adding nuances that make it more interesting and complex,” says Luis Alvar, brewer of Estrella Galicia. “The result is a beer that starts out sweet and gives way to a subtle bitterness. Additionally, with the nitro format, we provide strength, body and soft foam that provides an attractive texture and makes it very easy to drink.”
