Havas expands its data and technology services with the launch of CSA (Consumer Science & Analytics), a global brand in agency networks dedicated to accelerating the understanding of client data and increasing ROI through analysis and automated learning.
The CSA brand will launch in France, Italy, Spain, UK, US and in LATAM including Peru. It will roll out to many additional global markets in the coming months.
CSA goes beyond “data by data” and drives business results through a customer-centric and results-oriented approach to data analysis, implementation and optimization. To address customer data and technology offerings holistically at different stages of maturity, CSA offers a suite of products that expands into three main offerings:
- CSA Consulting: Offers access to a global network of experts, equipping clients to discover and accelerate their strategic goals.

The CSA brand has a 40-year history in France as a pioneer in understanding consumer behavior and was integrated into Havas France in 2015. This global launch consolidates the data expertise and technology talent within Havas, including DBI, Intellignos, Search Laboratory, and Noise Digital – At under the CSA brand to efficiently and synergistically provide a holistic view of marketing performance to clients worldwide. This talent network has been providing Havas ad technology and data science services to clients in categories such as retail and telephony for several years in Peru.
