Hyundai has opened a hotel that is powered by the energy provided by your all-electric Ioniq 5 model. This very special getaway, which will only be open for 14 days, is set in the English countryside.

baptized as Hyundai Hotelsis a collaboration between Korean automaker and journalist Grace Dent and will use Ioniq 5’s Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology to power the entire facility.

Hyundai has shown that through this V2L technology, its 100×100 . electric car can supply power up to 3.6 kWso you can charge high-power electrical appliances through the inverter even when the power is turned off.

Hotel Hyundai is located in Essex, one hour from central London.
