IUNIT closes the 2022 academic year

The graduation ceremony which was held at the Ortega y Gasset-Gregorio Marañón Foundation was attended by around 180 people in person

The IUNIT Center for Higher Education in Business, Innovation and Technology held the closing ceremony of the 2022-2023 academic year and awarding of diplomas on 12 July at the Ortega y Gasset-Gregorio Marañón Foundation, in Madrid. The event was attended by around 180 people in person and was also streamed online.

The event featured interventions by Tomás Aznar Sánchez, director of IUNIT; Eva Almunia Badía, Center for Institutional Relations coordinator; Mario Garcés Sanagustín, visiting speaker, academician of the Royal Spanish Academy of Legislation and Jurisprudence and representative at the Congress of Deputies for Popular Parties; Camilo Prado Román, President of the European Academy of Economic and Business Management (AEDEM); Jia Shijao, Master of Planning and Financial Consulting student; and Lara González Herrero, Master of Digital Business student.

During the action, central values ​​take center stage, where education is not limited to acquiring academic knowledge. “After a long journey full of emotions and experiences, we are closing one of the most beautiful stages to date. I mean the big family we have formed, the tireless commitment of our wonderful teachers and of course our family”, explains the student Lara González. “We are a collection of inquisitive, fickle and selective memories. And these are memories that must be kept in your memory, because today something new begins. Today you feel full when you finish your postgraduate degree,” added Mario Garcés, class sponsors. In line with that, the director of IUNIT, Tomás Aznar, pointed out that “today they graduated not only from IUNIT, but also from a big family, SEK International Institution, which is present in seventeen countries. Today is the door of a community of thousands of students around the world .
