Sword Health, a Portuguese startup that creates digital solutions for the treatment of musculoskeletal pathologies, is looking for more than 50 new collaborators to strengthen its team in Portugal. At the global level, the unicorn led by Virgílio Bento seeks to integrate more than 100 new talents.
Most of them go to Portugal and the United States, but there are still some opportunities for the Brazilian, British and Canadian markets.
“We found a very interesting phase, because we recruit in almost all areas of the company and, therefore, we are looking for very different profiles. We also have professional challenges for clinical, commercial and sales teams, marketing, finance, technology teams, among others,” said Jorge Meireles, Chief Technology Officer of Sword Health, in a statement.
Most of the jobs published are remote-friendly, and some of them adopt a hybrid work model. In Porto, where Sword Health has its main and largest desk, with an area of almost 2 thousand square meters and a capacity of more than 200 people, some teams appreciate working several days a week from the desk.
