Exception, where electronic submission is not possible, applications may be submitted on paper to the Ministry of Education, 20 Peel Street, London W8 7PD, and must be addressed to the following address: Ministry of Education in the UK and Ireland, 20 Peel Street, London W8 7PD.
Applications submitted by post must be registered at the post office within the specified time limit and with the appropriate entry stamp on the application form (Appendix III). Ordinary postmarks or receipts for payment by post will not be accepted as proof of on-time delivery.
In the event that the application is submitted by post or in a public place other than the Ministry of Education in the United Kingdom and Ireland, it is recommended that it be submitted by email to the address consejeria.uk@educacion.gob .it isincluding scanning Appendix III with the appropriate entry stamp and identity document or passport.
Failure to submit applications in a timely manner will result in the applicant being excluded from the selection process.
