More than half of employees expect to change jobs within the next three years

More than half of dependents are considering changing their job in less than three years. Of these, one in ten plans to do so within the next twelve months, according to a global study conducted by human resources consultancy Adecco.

The study also highlights that two out of ten workers belonging to Generation Z are considering changing jobs in the next twelve months.
