Netflix Inc. announced the launch of a new shortcut option for enterprise mobile app users, titled “My List”.
The shortcut replaces the “Downloads” option and displays content that the user has saved or downloaded. Netflix describes it as a “one-stop shop tailored for you with easy shortcuts to help you choose what you want to watch”, where “You can view your downloads…, TV shows and movies you’ve approved, shows and movies you’ve saved to My List…, trailers you’ve watched, reminders you’ve set, what you’ve watched, what you’ve watched recently, and more.”
The option is already available for iOS users and will appear on Android in August.
The platform recently removed the basic ad-free plan from the list of options for new subscribers in the US and UK.
Additionally, it has been added that the basic plan, priced at US$9.99 and excluding ads, is no longer available for new or returning members. However, current plan subscribers will not be affected unless they decide to change or cancel it.
