On Thursday afternoon, the British monarchy announced that doctors for Queen Elizabeth (96) were concerned about her health.
The Queen had to cancel a meeting with her advisers on Wednesday – following advice from her doctor that she needed to rest. The Queen is currently at Balmoral Castle in Scotland.

Children gather
The Queen’s son, Prince Charles, 73, is said to have landed at Balmoral by helicopter, reports said Telegraph. His wife Camilla also traveled with the prince to Balmoral.
The Prince and his wife were already in Scotland, at their country house at Birkhall, when they were told to come to Balmoral. The Birkhall countryside is just a 20-minute drive from Balmoral Castle.
The BBC reports that Prince Charles is already in place and with the Queen.
According to Reuters, all of Queen Elizabeth’s children are now at their mother’s side, or on their way to Balmoral Castle. In total, Queen Elizabeth has four children: Prince Charles, Prince Andrew, Princess Anne, and Prince Edward.
Prince William has also traveled to Balmoral Castle to appear at the Queen’s side. According to the BBC, his wife, Duchess Kate, will remain in Windsor outside London. Thursday was the first day of school for Kate and William’s two children, Princess Charlotte and Prince George.
According to celebrity magazine Hello! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were in England on Thursday. The couple live in the US but were in Europe to attend several charity events this week. Sky News reports that after news of the Queen’s health came, they also set off for Balmoral Castle.

Britain’s new Prime Minister, Liz Truss, wrote on Twitter that the entire British people were thinking of the Queen.
– The whole country was very worried after hearing the news from Buckingham Palace, wrote Truss and continued:
– My thoughts – and the thoughts of people across the UK – are with Her Majesty the Queen and her family at this time, Truss wrote.
Speaker of the House of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle wished the Queen well, and told a meeting of the House of Commons that the Queen was in their thoughts.
Greetings from Scotland and Wales
The heads of state in Wales and Scotland will also convey their greetings to the Queen on Thursday.
– Everyone is worried about the reports coming in about the Queen’s health. “Right now, my thoughts are with the Queen and the Royal Family,” said Scotland’s First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon.
– I am concerned about the news coming from Buckingham Palace. I welcome Her Majesty and her family on behalf of the Welsh people, said the First Minister of Wales.
