Snapchat has announced the rollout of the desktop version of its app to its entire user base along with messaging features, glasses, and a special privacy screen.

The social network launched its web version last July. However, at that time the release was limited to Snapchat+ subscribers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

From now on, any Snapchat user can access its desktop version, as confirmed by Snap itself, the parent company of the ‘app’, in a statement published on its website.
Access to Snapchat Web is via web.snapchat.com, where customers can log in with their app username and password to find their conversations right where they left off on their phone.
Snapchat Web includes all the messaging features of the mobile app, such as chat reactions/responses, and lenses. Apart from that, it has a novelty with a privacy screen that will hide the Snapchat window if it is clicked to perform another task.
