In this alliance, educational institutions will be equipped with computer equipment to create special laboratories for Internet of Things, Advanced Robotics, and Mobile Robotics, and transform UTPN into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

The Chancellor of UTPN, Ulises Martínez Contreras, emphasized that this was not a protocol visit to sign an alliance, but rather to serve the interests of the ambassador, to confirm the significant progress that the institution has made, and to meet with those who have contributed to this process.
