Miguel Cuesta Boothman is a partner at Montero-Aramburu Abogados, a firm that moderated the Financial Services panel at the Aranzadi in-house lawyers’ Congress, held November 16 and 17 in Madrid.

Over the past few years, he has developed his professional practice in the areas of commercial law and procedural law. All participants in the restructuring table explained the important changes brought about by the bankruptcy and restructuring process since the entry into force of the new regulations, highlighting the important role that law firms will take in all these regulations. Various representatives of financial entities emphasized the need to have expert offices in the field, which collaborate in finding solutions that allow the survival of bankrupt companies.
