The Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarified that the amount of support is subject to change, if relatives of the person being helped or others who still do not answer the embassy join.

The transfer will take place on February 16, after the Russian army announced the withdrawal of some of its troops who were conducting exercises near the border with Ukraine.
