Rabble has so far spread to Australia and Denmark.

– We’ve had great feedback, Roach said.

In a survey at Loughborough University, 94 percent of participants said that Rabble improved their health. 87 percent felt a positive impact on mental health. 85 percent said they were more motivated to join Rabble than any other form of training.

– We are outdoors, in a green park, which is good for body and soul. “We also create environments, visit pubs, organize trips and host bigger tournaments,” Roach said.

– It’s very social. In the London group alone, there have now been seven marriages and eventually several babies.
