Training expert Ulrik Wisløff is professor of physiology and head of the KG Jebsen – Cardiac training center at NTNU. He is excited about Rabble’s cute exercises.

Rabble has so far spread to Australia and Denmark.

In a survey at Loughborough University, 94 percent of participants said that Rabble improved their health. 87 percent felt a positive impact on mental health. 85 percent said they were more motivated to join Rabble than any other form of training.
