  • Felix Solis, CEO of the TuClinika project, is the creator of the first virtual clinic in Peru that uses telemedicine to connect patients and health professionals quickly and easily.
  • This platform facilitates communication between patients and doctors in real time, allowing you to share information and chat with doctors for free.
  • This project is comparable to technology from developed countries, because the programming language technology used is the same.

Today, technological innovations are changing the way we provide various care services to society. Highlighting the health sector, Vallejiano Felix Wilfredo Solis Azcárate, carried out a strategic collaboration with César Vallejo University (UCV), Trujillo campus, to promote the first virtual clinic in the country: TuClinika, a mobile application that aims to be a sustainable initiative that benefits users and health professionals .

“We rely on technology to perform telemedicine and connect health professionals with patients from any region of Peru immediately. We have three communication channels: chat, call and video call. In addition, we have our own instant messaging, through which you can communicate with the professionals of your choice. “This technology is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so patients can easily connect with doctors and other health workers,” explained Felix.

The application is characterized by enabling real-time communication between patients and doctors, allowing sharing of messages, photos, videos, audio and documents to speed up processes that can take months in face-to-face treatment in government hospitals. This app allows quick access to specialists, all you need is a phone and an internet connection.

On the other hand, Vallejiano refers to the reality of the health process in our country. “We are experiencing a crisis in the health system and no one is doing anything to address the problem. “To give you an idea, in Peru there are 42 specialist doctors for every 100 thousand people, something that can lead to poor service, among other problems that we are trying to solve,” he said.

Faced with this problem, Solis Azcárate shared the vision he wants to achieve with his application: “In first world countries such as Switzerland, Spain or the UK, this technology is a fundamental support for many citizens and is largely supported by the governments and countries. fund.investment. “As the leader of TuClinika, I am confident that we will realize the projects carried out in the countries mentioned above,” he stressed.

The installation process of this Application is very simple. It is available on Play Store and App Store for free. Once installed, users must register and fill in their basic information. After that, they’ll be ready to find a professional they like and start taking free consultations. In addition, users will be able to find out if the professional is online, rate their attention and leave comments about it.
