Through its digital version, the magazine reaches, among others, the United States, Brazil, Peru, Cuba, France, Spain, Sweden, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Argentina, Guatemala, and Chile; and physically delivered to the entity’s nearly 1,300 educational institutions.
The exchange of views took place during a visit by a delegation from the Institute of Science and Technology of the State of Aguascalientes (INCyTEA), led by its owner, Ana Claudia Morales, which was attended by representatives of Cozcyt, who oversees the Director General, Hamurabi Gamboa.
During the working meeting, Hammurabi Gamboa said that the eek’ magazine had been published by Cozcyt since 2011, a period which had published 56 editions, which were distributed free of charge and sent to around 1,300 educational institutions; meanwhile, the electronic version has a wide reach of residents of Zacatecas, Mexico and abroad.
He emphasized that since the beginning of this administration and thanks to the support of Governor David Monreal, the number of each edition has doubled, from 2,000 copies to 4,000 copies.
Derived from his own experience and institutional collaboration, he offered colleagues from neighboring countries to provide him with the necessary support and advice for the preparation of his own editorial projects for science and technology dissemination.
