Return!
One of the funniest commissions of all time, the politically incorrect “Hotel in a special class” is being revived.
Among the programming that will be available on BBC Nordic from the start is its new series Interview Louis Theroux… from the award-winning documentary Louis Theroux. On the broadcast, Theroux got up close and personal with Britain’s biggest stars like singer Rita Ora and actress Dame Judi Dench in the way only he can, the BBC promises.
The third season of Serengeti will also take viewers right into the heart of Tanzania’s adventurous and dangerous wildlife, exploring a country in the process of change.
Lifestyle and entertainment programming will also form an important part of the channel’s offering. Here will be UK Bake Off And Big Pottery Throw – a fun well-executed program in which 12 home potters compete on a lathe – run side by side with a classic home makeover DIY SOSwhere an English family turned their home into a huge gold medallion.
According to a press release, BBC Nordic+ as an on-demand service will give viewers the opportunity to watch all content from the BBC Nordic channel as well as explore new and carefully selected content in the fields of arts, culture, travel, history, documentaries and music.
