The visit, organized and financed at the invitation of the British Ministry of the Interior (International Operations Office of the Americas Region), was carried out by a delegation from the National Customs Authority of Panama, led by its Director General Tayra Barsallo, who was accompanied by the Innovation and Technology Advisor, Ivette Villalaz, and Gabriel Tuñón from The Risk Analysis Office, studies innovative aspects in customs operations and shares experiences with various departments in the Ministry.

The visit began with a meeting with the Special Confined Space Inspection Group, a team that is highly skilled in search methodologies with innovative tools in the European Union.
