Alicante. The business center promoted by the former president of CEV Alicante, perfect palacethrough the company Metromedia Inversiones found a free way after nearly three years of procedures and modifications since the proposal was announced. The City Planning Department of the Alicante City Council has just authorized the latest variation of the project presented by the company, which gives wings to implementation conversion of buildings in pre-existing constructionon the block between the Ocaña boulevard and the Río Júcar and Poeta Pastor avenues.
The truth is that the property conversion works –originally conceived as a building for industrial purposes– They have started the interior phase since the original building permit was granted, in late April 2021. The Metromedia project includes the development of a business center, 17,350 square meters spread over three floors
and cover, where commercial use and office installations are to be made compatible. To these general dimensions, 10,800 square meters of basement space is added for parking and workshops, according to a project designed by architectural cabinet Crystalzoo.
The planned investment for its development is estimated at close to 10 million, including 4 which is intended for the implementation of property reforms.
