Alicante opened the Perfecto Palacio business center after approving its latest changes

Alicante. The Metromedia project includes the development of a business center, 17,350 square meters spread over three floors
and cover, where commercial use and office installations are to be made compatible. To these general dimensions, 10,800 square meters of basement space is added for parking and workshops, according to a project designed by architectural cabinet Crystalzoo.

The planned investment for its development is estimated at close to 10 million, including 4 which is intended for the implementation of property reforms. According to the initial project, the business center is expected to accommodate more than fifty offices up to 400 square meters, regardless space of 1,500 meters the box on its closed floor is reserved as space for event development.

On your ground floor, three large commercial venues will be activated for those who already have their first guaranteed tenant: Porsche, whose dealer in Alicante belongs to the same Perfecto Palacio. However, definitive authorization granted now will expedite the development of the work. It is more, Metromedia maintains a fresh estimate of the probability that the center will be operational with the arrival of next fall. For this, the first pre-arranged agreements with companies interested in occupying their space have since been in place and, in addition, negotiations are being held with other potential clients, according to sources consulted.
