The consortium consisting of the NGO OIKOS Cooperãçao e Desenvolvimento, the Municipality of Cienfuegos and the Carlos Rafael Rodríguez University intends to award the following supply contracts within the framework of the “Trazos Libre” project.
The contribution of culture and traditions to the socio-economic development of society”, co-financed by the European Union and Portugal’s Camões Institute, in Cuba, under the thematic line “Civil Society Organizations and Local Authorities”:
- Equipment for cultural efforts in La Gloria Creative District, Cienfuegos (O.12 – 2023/TL)
