Jorge Percovich of Havas Group LatAm: CSA brings together three knowledge units to transform the frontier of data services

Havas expands its data and technology services with the launch of CSA (Consumer Science & Analytics), a global brand in agency networks dedicated to accelerating the understanding of client data and increasing ROI through analysis and automated learning.

The CSA brand will launch in France, Italy, Spain, UK, US and Latin America, with many additional global markets to follow in the coming months.

CSA goes beyond “data by data” and focuses on business results through a customer-centric and results-oriented approach to data analysis, implementation and optimization.

To address customer data and technology offerings holistically at different stages of maturity, CSA offers a suite of products that expands into three main offerings:

• CSA Consulting: Offers access to a global network of experts, equipping clients to discover and accelerate their strategic goals.
• CSA Technology– A suite of digital tools and services that provide best-in-class technological capabilities to drive client transformation agendas.
• CSA Science: a proprietary set of capabilities and tools that puts measurement at the center of the testing effort marketing customer.

The CSA brand has a 40-year history in France as a pioneer in understanding consumer behavior and was integrated into Havas France in 2015. This global launch combines data expertise and technology talent within Havas Media Network, including DBI, Intellignos, Search Laboratory and Noise. Digital: Under the CSA brand to efficiently and synergistically offer a holistic view of performance marketing for clients all over the world. This talent network has provided Havas Media Network’s advertising technology and data science services to clients including Kia & Carrefour in France, Papa Johns in the US and Homebase in the UK.

George Papandreopoulos, who joined HMN in January 2023 as Global Managing Director of Measurement, now serves as CSA Global Managing Director. In this capacity, he will be supported by Daniel Hayes and Leo Frattesi, who will lead the CSA Tech and CSA Science offerings respectively.

As Havas continues to develop data capabilities and in-network technologies, CSA will be supported by upgrading existing skills and ongoing acquisitions to ensure the brand is ready to provide meaningful service to clients.
