The company allowed its payments app to be used on different smartphones, although with the recent change and reverting to the Pay name, it appears they have made a decision.
The app issues an error message when it receives your ID, marking it as invalid when it shouldn’t be for the user.

The app changed its name and will return to Wallet to replace Pay and Pass which managed this service until recently.
Samsung has incorporated SmartThings into the app and it will work to store certain digital keys for your home and even your car.
