– When we had to find a new assistant sports manager it was very important to me that we get someone who understands top sport at the very highest level, has the skills to further develop what we have started, and is at least motivated to do what is needed to be successful . We find all this in Frode. I look forward to working with Frode in the futuresaid Sports Manager Arild Tveiten.
– The Norwegian triathlon has experienced fantastic development in recent years, and I am humbled and proud of the trust the triathlon association has shown in me. This is a dream job for someone who has lived by and by sport since childhood. I especially hope to get to know the coaches and athletes, and to help build a sustainable team that will move the Norwegian triathlon forward in a time of great development and intense competition. The expertise that Arild Tveiten and Head Coach Mikal Iden have is unique in an international context – I’m looking forward to working with the best to achieve this, said Jermstad.
