And they do it by combining their most classic recipes, such as the iconic “Baby Back” Ribs, “Roma Burger”, “Tonion Rings” or “Skillet Cookie”. It is a new reference adapted to new consumer tastes and trends, and designed for all audiences.

In addition to authentic American ribs, Tony Roma’s new menu, now available in all its restaurants in Spain, once again focuses on one of the brand’s most successful categories: combo. Therefore, he presents his new family “To Share Combo” for 2 people (Little Combo) and 4 people (Big Combo), which has been designed to enjoy a selection of his great classics.

Likewise, in the Burgers category, the new menu has up to 11 different references, two of which are 100% Angus beef burgers, and includes the new “Go Smash” family, consisting of two Smash Burgers recipes, considered the original American hamburger, is characterized by flatness during the cooking process.
