Russia lists Spain as “hostile” countries
All EU countriesin addition United States, Japan and Canadaincluded in list of enemy countries made by the government of Vladimir Putinas reported on Monday by Russian agency Interfax.
The list, in addition to the states, also includes foreign territories which, according to Moscow, are carrying out hostile acts against the Russian FederationRussian companies and citizens.
According to Interfax, the order with the list was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and is part of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation issued on March 5, 2022 “On temporary procedures for meeting obligations with certain foreign creditors”.
According to this document, the list includes: 27 member states of the European Unionwhich had agreed to tough sanctions against Russia following the invasion of Ukraine on February 24.
But apart from that, others are defined as hostile countries like Australia, Albania, Andorra, United Kingdom (including the island of Jersey and other overseas territories under its control: such as the islands of Anguilla, the British Virgin Islands and Gibraltar), Iceland, and Liechtenstein.
Also in the connection are Micronesia, Monaco, New Zealand, norwayRepublic of Korea, San Marino, North Macedonia, Singapore, Taiwan, Montenegro, Switzerlandand Ukraine alone.
