British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Thursday called for an “international approach” in the field artificial intelligence (IA), is calling on the public to be “honest” about the huge risks posed by this technology, ahead of a meeting on the issue next week in the UK.

In a speech in London on Thursday, Rishi Sunak laid the groundwork for his ambitions ahead of an international meeting to be held on November 1 and 2 at Bletchley Park, a north London mansion where the code was used by the Nazis.
The British Prime Minister also assured that he would strive to achieve the “first international declaration of the nature” of AI “risks” and would propose the creation of an international group of analysts, inspired by the IPCC (Intergovernmental Group of Experts) model. on Climate Change), to publish reports on scientific developments in the field of AI.
