What Avianca said regarding the Salvadoran businessman arrested in Bogotá

“Mr. José Gurdián was an alternate on the board of directors of Avianca Holdings, prior to the reorganization of the company under Chapter 11. Currently, he does not have any administrative or management position in the company”said a company spokesperson.
